Danny Baghdasarians, EVP of Technology at Arcstone Financial, has risen from AVP of Operations to CTO in his previous company. At Arcstone Financial, he manages all technology management and development, including Encompass and the PAXI suite of products such as PAXI AI Underwriting, PAXI POS, and PAXI Chat Bot, focusing on executing the company's vision of automation and efficiency.

Danny's extensive background includes leading software development projects, such as the Ladan Jewelry Receipt Database and the academic project Grand Heresy. His technical skills span C, C++, C#, Python, Unity Game Development, multithreaded programming, and expertise in data structures and algorithms.
 

In addition to his professional achievements, Danny is committed to fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining high standards of quality in all his projects. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science: Computer Game Design from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a 3.85 GPA.
