Kyle Barnes is a highly experienced VP of Compliance with over two decades of expertise in correspondent lending, loan structuring, and regulatory adherence. With a robust financial operations and compliance management background, Kyle ensures that the company meets all regulatory standards while optimizing business workflows. At Arcstone Financial, he is also instrumental in building the wholesale division, focusing on software development and business workflow optimization.
 

Kyle's earlier role as Encompass Administrator and Compliance Manager at Arcstone Financial involved processing, funding, underwriting, and QC audits, solidifying his compliance expertise. He was also the Operations Manager at Banrock Financial, managing all aspects of correspondent lending operations, from loan structuring to post-closing tasks. He also owned Billie Davis Escrow of Beverly Hills, specializing in residential and commercial escrows for high-profile clients. His career includes significant roles at Bank of America as VP of Business Banking and at ADP as Area District Manager, where he achieved President's Club status.
 

Kyle's strategic leadership and comprehensive knowledge make him a cornerstone of compliance at Arcstone Financial. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has completed Dale Carnegie Professional Training.
