Raffi Jahilian has been a dedicated mortgage banker since 1995, bringing over 30 years of experience in real estate and lending to every client relationship. His approach is simple: understand each client’s unique financial goals and guide them toward the right financing strategy, even when that means advising against a deal. That level of honesty is what has earned him long-term trust and repeat clients throughout his career.
Raffi specializes in all aspects of real estate financing, working with a wide range of borrowers and loan scenarios. He is known for taking a hands-on, advisory role, ensuring clients feel informed and confident from application through closing. For Raffi, every transaction is more than a loan, it’s the foundation of a lasting relationship.
Raffi brings a global perspective to his work. A UCLA graduate, he is fluent in Armenian, Arabic, French, and English, allowing him to connect with a diverse client base on a deeper level.
Outside of work, Raffi enjoys traveling, experiencing different cultures, and spending quality time with his wife, son, and close friends. He believes that life, and business, is about building meaningful connections, continuing to learn, and enjoying the journey along the way.
