Raquel Marchant has over 33 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry and began as a real estate agent at 19, handling diverse responsibilities from selling homes to managing REO properties. After obtaining a broker's license at 26, Raquel ventured into entrepreneurship and started her own business, selling homes, taking loan applications, and managing rental properties.

Knowing how to help others has always been her strong point, and Raquel passionately coaches and mentors around 100 agents and is recognized as a top 5% agent at Keller Williams. In addition to her real estate and mortgage endeavors, Raquel oversees a property management company and a private money fund. Raquel recently obtained her TN license and is establishing a team in Franklin to better facilitate families' transitions from California to the Midwest.

Raquel is happily married with 3 teenagers and leads a fulfilling life, enjoying weekends riding horses and working on her book.
